Water: What has it done for me lately?

Drinking water is part of survival. It helps flush our bodies of toxins and keeps us hydrated making our skin look clearer and our eyes look brighter. You will notice a huge difference in your face especially around the eyes. The under eye area will be smoother and lessen the appearance of fine lines. You will feel more energized and often ward off headaches. People can get headaches from dehydration so instead of turning to the pain killers, chug some water and it can go away in the same amount of time if not less. It can also help you shed pounds. Often times, people will look to the fridge for food when they are thirsty or drink a dehydrating drink such as coffee or iced tea. Drink more water.

Sugar Tip*** Take your body weight and divide it by half and aim to drink that many ounces in water per day. Example: Total body weight: 140 lbs. Divided by 2 is 70. Aim to drink 70 oz. per day.

What does 70 oz. look like? Drink two liter bottles throughout the day which are just over 33 oz. each.
