Stay Healthy This Holiday

With all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we tend to travel often, sleep minimally and eat terribly. Here are a few things to keep in mind to help keep you happy and healthy this holiday season.

    Take Your Vitamins At the very least load up on some Vitamin C or Airborne.
    Wear a scarf: Keeping a draft off of your neck is a great way to stave off illness.
    Dress AppropriatelyDressing up during the holidays is a great idea but make sure that you are warm enough. Wear tights instead of nylons or add an undershirt.
    Dry Your Hair ThoroughlyNow I sound like my Grandma but it is true! A small, continued chill will make you sick. Plus your hair will look better. Don’t have time to dry? Skip the wash and use dry shampoo at the roots and around your face for a fresh clean hair look. Christina recommends TIGI Catwalk (see image)

    Eat ConsciouslyI am NOT suggesting that you count calories- please! This is the holidays. What I am saying is, don’t stray too far from your usual diet that you find yourself in a tizzy from too much sugar etc. Treat yourself, don’t beat yourself.
